We’ll then visit Ahu Akahanga, which has a platform with 12 moai statues and an unrestored village. Continuing on, we’ll head to Ahu Tongariki, renowned for its 15 restored moai statues. At the Rano Raraku volcano, we’ll hike for an hour to see over 400 moai in various stages of carving, learning about their history and feeling the energy of the place.
