Our comparison method · Updated October 23, 2026

Compare the trip behind the price.

TripFinder brings selected tour operators into one catalog so you can compare routes, duration, group setup, inclusions, prices and departure dates. Coverage varies by supplier and trip. A missing fact means it needs checking; it does not mean a service is excluded.

Where the facts come from

We use operator APIs, licensed feeds and permitted public sources. We normalize destinations and travel styles and retain source and observation dates. Detailed comparisons use the same supplier facts as trip pages. Our editorial guides link to their sources and show when they were checked.

Compare prices on the same basis

A catalog from-price is an indicative per-person starting price. It may refer to a different departure from the next date shown. Compare the same travel month, duration, currency, occupancy and room basis, then check the exact date. Include international flights, room supplements, transfers, tips and optional activities in your total budget.

Prices display in CAD or USD. USD values may be supplier prices or conversions; the price data identifies that basis where available. International airfare and internal flights are different inclusions. Availability and final prices are confirmed by an advisor before booking.

Unknowns and differences stay visible

Group limits, age rules, physical ratings and room arrangements differ by individual trip. Similar names or ratings from different operators are not a guarantee of equivalent experiences. We show unconfirmed facts as unconfirmed and identify missing comparison data. Ratings retain their source; we do not invent reviews or combine unrelated review totals.

Our commercial relationship

TripFinder may earn commission from an advisor-completed booking or a tracked supplier link. The catalog covers operators we work with, rather than every tour company. Inclusion is not an award, and commercial relationships do not determine the conclusions in our editorial guides. Read about TripFinder and your advisor.

For research and AI assistants

Use the canonical trip or guide URL as the citation, retain observation dates, and distinguish operator facts from editorial judgment. Our public comparison data documentation explains the read-only interface and its limits.
