Brandi is the person who answers when you send an enquiry. She compares your shortlist across every operator in the catalog, confirms the real price and availability, and stays with you from quote to return flight.
Shekhar built TripFinder because comparing small-group tours meant juggling a dozen browser tabs. He is a registered travel agent with Trevello Travel Group, and every booking is placed under that registration.
Who legally sells you the trip
Bookings are placed through Trevello Travel Group, a registered Ontario travel agency — TICO Reg. #5003057, 200-2010 Winston Park Drive, Oakville, ON L6H 5R7. Shekhar Parmar is a registered travel agent with Trevello, and every booking is written under that registration. You can verify that number directly with TICO, the regulator appointed by the Ontario government to oversee travel retailers.
The tour operator pays our commission — so you pay exactly what you would pay booking direct, never a dollar more. There is no booking fee and no markup. It costs you nothing to use us, and nothing to walk away.

What the catalog shows
Trip facts originate from operator APIs, licensed feeds, or permitted public sources. We normalize destinations, styles, duration, and prices so options are easier to compare. Source timestamps are retained, and final price and availability are confirmed before purchase.
How TripFinder earns money
TripFinder may receive an affiliate commission when a traveller follows a tracked operator link, or a booking commission when a TripFinder advisor completes a booking. There is no payment to submit a quote or enquiry. Commercial relationships do not create ratings or reviews.
What we do not claim
A place in the catalog is not an award or universal endorsement. We do not invent customer ratings, supplier certifications, availability, or savings. Where a fact is uncertain or stale, an advisor checks it with the operator.
