After lunch overlooking rice terraces, take a private Balinese dance or gamelan workshop, gaining a deeper understanding of this symbolic art form. Snorkel from a traditional wooden boat, guided by a licensed instructor through clear eastern waters, including the Blue Lagoon. Learn the ancient art of Aksara Bali, carving letters into lontar leaves under the guidance of a script expert. This evening, travel to Tenganan for a private rijsttafel dinner prepared by a local family.

Begin the day with a short visit to the Ocean Gardener coral project to learn how restoration work is carried out in partnership with local communities.
