Day 2Take a morning walk through the city…DelhiIn the morning, enjoy a city tour led by local streetkids from a G Adventures-supported project. Later, visit Delhi’s famous Jama Masjid (Great Mosque) and climb the minaret for a bird’s eye view of the Old City. Walk through Chandni Chowk, one of India’s oldest and busiest markets, and learn the history of the Sikh religion at the important Gurdwara (Sikh place of worship), Gurdwara SisGanj. Stop for photos at a colourful spice market before finishing at the Victorian Connaught Place, one of the most prominent architectural remnants of British rule. In the mid-afternoon, board an overnight train to Bandhavgarh National Park.

Spend two days in and around Bandhavgarh, with opportunities to enter the park by 4x4. Enjoy a safari in the afternoon.

Keep exploring the National Park on another safari in the morning, with free time in the afternoon. Opt to go out on another safari or explore the town.
Day 5Enjoy more time to explore before boarding…
Enjoy more time to explore before boarding an overnight train to Ranthambore National Park.
Day 6Arrive at Ranthambore National Park and head out…Travel through Ranthambore National Park, one of the original Project Tiger Reserves. Explore lakes, scrublands and ruined palaces, as well as abundant wildlife including deer, birds, and monkeys. If we are lucky, we may even see one of the resident tigers.

Day 7Explore more of the park on another safari
Explore more of the park on another safari. Opt to visit the Ranthambore Fort and Ganesh Temple.
Day 8Travel to Tordi SagarDrive into the heart of Rajasthan -- Tordi Sagar, a small village with rich natural surroundings and culture. The scenic village boasts a a ruined fortress atop a hill and simple but elegant temples. Stay in a 150-year-old residence of former nobles. The present family runs its heritage home. A 300-year-old ruined stepwell gives you insight into an age old system of conserving water. Walk with your host around the village to various temples, residential areas, community areas, and the general market. In the evening, opt to visit the dunes to watch the sun setting over the wilderness.

Day 10Visit the 'Palace of the Winds' and wander…
Visit the 'Palace of the Winds' and wander the organized streets of the 'Pink City'. Later, enjoy a visit to the Amber Fort, famous for its mixture of Hindu and Muslim architecture.
Day 11Journey to BharatpurThe World Heritage-listed Keoladeo Ghana National Park is famous as a birds' paradise. Explore the park by cycle-rickshaw.
