Day 1Arrival dayArrivalThere are no planned activities until an evening welcome meeting. We recommended arriving a day or two early to fully explore this world-renowned city. The "City of Lights" is unlike any other place on earth. Known for its glorious monuments, museums, and markets, from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre, Montmartre to the Marais, Paris has something for everyone. Discover for yourself Paris’ “je ne sais quoi.”

Day 2Travel to Beaune and enjoy an included local…Take a short walk into the historic centre, and enjoy a winetasting as an introduction to the region's famous vintages. In the evening, opt for a dinner with the group here in the heart of one of France's most distinguished culinary and wine-producing regions, Burgundy.

Day 3With free time opt for a trip…Opt to visit Dijon, famous not only for its mustard, but for world-class museums and handsome architecture. There, or in Beaune, you can take a mustard tasting tour and learn about production, regulations, and taste some samples. For a little more activity, explore the countryside around the Cote d'Or vineyards by bike or on foot. Stay closer to town and explore the famous Hospices de Beaune or visit one of the other wineries in the town centre.

Day 5Enjoy a free day to explore the city…
Enjoy a free day to explore the city or go further afield. Nearby options include the Pont du Gard, the town of Orange, or the wine region of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Day 6Travel to the Riviera town of NiceWith free time, wander in the cobblestone streets, visit the museums and beaches, or travel further to visit the rest of the Riviera.

Day 7Enjoy a free day to explore Nice or…Spend a free day with an included coastal train ticket. Use the full day ticket to travel up and down the Riviera, stopping off at different towns, or head straight to Monaco and Monte Carlo to see what all the fuss is about. Stroll its manicured streets and whisk up its network of lifts and escalators, passing palaces, lush gardens, and, of course, the famous Monte Carlo casino, en route.
