Enjoy the rest of the afternoon to relax by the pool or to choose from a variety of optional activities like zip-lining, hiking in the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve, or a walk through the forest canopy across hanging bridges.
Day 4Travel into Rincón de la Vieja National Park
Travel into Rincón de la Vieja National Park, a land of volcanoes, hot springs and dense rainforest. Swing across zip lines strung through the forest canopy and visit thermal springs and mud baths. Opt to visit the on-site butterfly farm in the evening.

Enjoy a full day of adventure in the national park. Take a horseback riding excursion, go on a guided hike in search of wildlife, swim beneath the waterfalls of the Rio Negro or just sit back and relax by the pool at the hotel.

Travel to Guanacaste Province and the Pacific coast at Playa Potrero. Spend the afternoon at the beach or opt to take a sunset sailing trip around the Santa Catalina Islands.
